Easy Returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items in their original condition with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

• Email care@coralisse.com with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid or discounted return label where available.
• Pack items securely and drop them off using the provided instructions.

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we process refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

Need a different size or colour? Start a return and place a new order, or contact our concierge and we'll arrange a direct exchange where stock allows.

• Final-sale and personalised pieces (clearly marked at checkout).
• Gift cards.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
